EMFs (Electromagnetic fields)
Many people are holding / touching their EMF emitting Devices for hours a day.
The iPhone 12 emitted too much radiation (by legal standards) and it got taken of the market,
around 3 years after the date of launch. see article
In multiple ways we are learning, day by day, that the effects of EMFs from our devices, is something to be more careful with.
Our Advice
- Limit exposure by using Airplane mode when carrying in pockets / on body or avoid completely.
- Airplane mode (make sure everything is really off, this needs to be done manually sometimes in the settings menu.)
- Night Shift (Blue Light filter) turn on scheduled in iPhone settings, combine with Blue Light filter Glasses (in evening.)
- Get a Tripod (Small) For travel / home, Tripod (Big) For home / travel, so that you do not have to hold the device in your hands
- When indoors, use on airplane mode.
- Turn off WiFi modem (at night) Use an ethernet cable , with USB C / Lightning (iPhone) adapter.
- We do not recommend using bluetooth (headphones)
